Job Description

Any Degree of Qualification with Accountancy/ finanace. Proficiency in Tally Prime GST Purchase entry and invoice Processing Vendore Ledger Creation and Maintainanace Inventory and Stock Management. Purchase Order Preparation. MS Excel Knowledga( Vlookup, Pivot, Reports)Prefered only Experiance in Tally and Accounting.

Key Responsibility:

  1. Creating Purchase Order.
  2. collecting and Comparing the Vendor Quotations
  3. Negotiating with Supplies
  4. Entereing Purchase invoices in Tally Prime.
  5. Monitoring inventory Levels.
  6. Coordinating with strore, Accounts and Vedore to customer
  7. Maintaing Purchase Records and Reports.

Additional Skill.

  1. Good Communication skills

  5. Good Accounting Knowldege
