Job Description

🔹 Purchase Executive – 3 Opening

Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹35,000 per month

Experience Required: 3–5 Years

Job Description:·    

  Handle procurement of office and operational materials.

·      Identify and negotiate with vendors for cost-effective purchasing.

·      Prepare purchase orders and maintain procurement records.

·      Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with stores department.

·      Ensure timely delivery of materials and vendor payments follow-up.

·      Maintain proper documentation and MIS reports.

·      Coordinate with internal departments for purchase requirements.


Skills Required:·      


Good negotiation and communication skills

·      Knowledge of ERP/MS Excel

·      Vendor management experience

·      Attention to detail and documentation
