QA / QC Executive

In-Process & Final Inspection: Conduct routine physical and visual checks on the production floor to verify that all manufactured goods meet design blueprints and product specifications.

Incoming Material Quality Control: Inspect and test raw materials and components upon arrival to ensure they comply with supplier standards before they enter the production cycle.

Defect Control & Segregation: Identify production defects or deviations, immediately isolate non-conforming products and goods, and work with the production team to implement corrective actions.

Instrument Calibration: Manage the routine upkeep and periodic calibration of all testing tools, measurement instruments, and quality control equipment used on the line.

Documentation & Auditing: Maintain accurate daily inspection reports, batch test certificates, and reject logs to ensure the facility remains fully compliant with industry standards and external audits.

Technical Skills: Proficient in reading product blueprints, technical data sheets, and using standard measurement or testing equipment specific to the industry.

Quality Standards: Solid understanding of general Quality Management Systems (such as ISO 9001).

Process Improvement: Familiarity with basic root-cause analysis methods to identify why a product or batch failed inspection.

Ability to confidently enforce quality rules on the manufacturing floor and halt production if goods do not meet standards.

Exceptional observational skills to spot minor deviations or flaws in high-volume production environments.

Strong communication skills to pause non-conforming assembly lines and enforce quality parameters on the shop floor.

Ability to track down the exact machine setting or material flaw causing recurrent quality failures.
