Job Title: Quality Assurance (QA) Engineer / Executive
Job Description (JD):
Role: Quality Assurance (QA)
Qualification:
Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech (Mechanical, Production, Automobile, Industrial Engineering or related field)
Experience:
Fresher / 1–3 Years
Key Responsibilities:
Perform incoming, in-process, and final quality inspections.
Ensure products meet quality standards and customer requirements.
Use measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, etc.
Identify defects and prepare quality inspection reports.
Support root cause analysis and implement corrective actions.
Follow ISO standards, SOPs, and quality procedures.
Coordinate with production teams to resolve quality issues.
Maintain quality records and documentation.
Skills Required:
Knowledge of Quality Control & Quality Assurance.
Understanding of 7 QC Tools (preferred).
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting.
Strong communication and teamwork.
Location: As per company requirement
