ROLE SUMMARY

The QC officer acts as the critical bridge between the Sales Team (RMs), Ops Team and the Credit Team to ensure that the Proposals are Logged in with Complete set of documents, Support in sharing the Ancillary documents such as CAM, CIBIL Reports and Bank SOA output for Further Credit assessment. Updating of MIS time to Time to keep track on real Time data.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Operations & Transactional 

  • Preliminary Scrutiny of Login Documents as per checklist. Follow up with RM for Pending Documents and Move the case to credit Team within TAT of 4 Hrs (on Receipt of receiving final full set of documents).
  • Support Team in sharing CIBIL reports, SOA and Automated CAM from Python program.
  • Co-ordinating with RM / RSM / Product team for Completion of QC process.
  • Updating & Maintenance of MIS.
  • RCU and CPV initiation on same day of Moving the case to credit. 
  • Tracking & Closure of RCU , CPV & hunter Deferrals.

 

Process Improvement

 

  • Reducting TAT & Proper Flow of Communication between functional teams.

  • UG degree from Any institution (Regular).
