Job Description

  • Perform incoming, in-process, and final inspection of PCB assemblies and electronic products.
  • Conduct visual inspection of SMT and through-hole components as per IPC standards.
  • Verify soldering quality, component polarity, placement, and workmanship.
  • Carry out first article inspection (FAI) before production approval.
  • Monitor quality during SMT, wave soldering, and assembly processes.
  • Identify defects, segregate rejected materials, and report non-conformities (NCs).
  • Maintain inspection reports, quality records, and traceability documents.
  • Coordinate with production and process teams for corrective and preventive actions.
  • Ensure adherence to customer specifications and quality standards.
