Job Title: Quality Inspector

Location : Chennai , Hosur, SUNGHUVACHATIRAM NEAR, GUDAPAKKAM, THANDALAM, SRIPERUMBATHUR SURROUNDINGS, MM NAGAR&ORAGADAM SURROUNDINGS, ASHOK LEYLAND, TEAL SITE

Reports To: Team Leader Quality

Purpose of the Position:-

The Quality Inspector serves as a technical and administrative member of the Quality team, operating within the guidelines set forth by corporate policy and company procedures. The individual is responsible for ensuring Quality Control standards are maintained in alignment with the Crown Quality System.

Role & responsibilities:-

Ensure 5S activities and use of proper PPE at the start and end of each shift as per guidelines.

Perform work allocation as directed by the Team Leader.

Maintain the assignment file neatly, handle documents carefully, and ensure all required documents are completed accurately on a daily basis.

Review Non-Conformities (NC) from the previous day with the Team Leader or Engineer and cooperate during daily/monthly audits.

Conduct inspections as per work instructions and ensure compliance with specified cycle times for productivity.

Prevent customer concerns by adhering to corrective action plans related to customer issues.

Contribute to enhancing the company's image at customer sites through professionalism in all activities.

Share ideas and provide input towards continuous improvement of Crowns operations.

Actively participate in continual improvement activities related to Quality Control.

Preferred candidate profile

1) Qualification:- DIPLOMA & BE ( Mechanical / Automobile / EEE / ECE) Engineering

2) Experience:0 to 4 years Experience in Quality.

3) Skills:-

Basic understanding of Safety Standards and Quality Expectations

Basic communication skills.

Salary:

Job Title: Quality Inspector - FAT/SAT/ SOP/BOM

Location: GUDAPAKKAM, (Poonamallee - Tiruvallur High Road)

Facilities:- (Unit -6)

NO TRANSPORT, FOOD AVAILABLE, NO ACCOMEDATION

SALARY - 16500 – 19500

We can provide the 18000 to fresher in Naps without ESI ,PF

And 2 years experience candidate get 19000 above take home in NAPS Scheme without ESI,PF.

Purpose of the Position: -

The Quality Inspector serves as a technical and administrative member of the Quality team, operating within the guidelines set forth by corporate policy and company procedures. The individual is responsible for ensuring Quality Control standards are maintained in alignment with the Crown Quality System.

Role & responsibilities

Conduct the Factory Acceptance Test (FAT) process for Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).

Collaborate with the production team to ensure the assembly and testing of machines meet high-quality standards.

Communicate test results and ensure necessary adjustments are made during the testing phase.

Maintain detailed records of all testing processes, outcomes, and issues identified.

Bill of material ensure the incoming stage & also verified the while preassembly stage.

Must know the understand the BOM process.

Preferred candidate profile :-

Basic knowledge and hands-on experience with the FAT/SAT (Site Acceptance Test) process.

Proficiency in quality tools such as 7QC (Seven Basic Quality Tools) and CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions).

Ability to read and interpret drawings, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and Bill of Materials (BOM).

Strong understanding of essential measuring instruments and their correct usage,

Sound knowledge of machine elements, both mechanical and electrical.

Basic with PLC (Programmable Logic Controllers), HMI (Human-Machine Interface), and IPC (Industrial PC) systems.

Good knowledge and experience in handling test record documentation
