Job Description
Job Description – Quality Inspector (Incoming & Final Inspection)
- Perform incoming inspection of raw materials, bought-out items, and components as per quality standards and specifications.
- Carry out final inspection of finished products before dispatch to ensure compliance with customer requirements.
- Verify dimensions and quality using measuring instruments such as Vernier Caliper, Micrometer, Height Gauge, and gauges.
- Maintain inspection reports, quality records, and non-conformance documentation accurately.
- Coordinate with suppliers, production, and quality teams for rejection analysis and corrective actions.
- Qualification: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / B.E. Mechanical with minimum 1 year of experience in Incoming Inspection and Final Inspection activities.
