Job Description
Job Summary The Real Estate Sales Manager is responsible for leading the sales team, achieving sales targets, generating business, and ensuring excellent customer service throughout the property sales process.
- Key Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and supervise the sales team.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Generate leads through marketing activities and referrals.
- Assign leads and monitor sales team performance.
- Conduct property site visits and client meetings.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Guide customers through the sales process until booking.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly sales reports.
- Coordinate with the CRM and Registration teams for smooth customer handover.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and sales procedures.
