- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
- Lead, motivate, and manage the sales team to ensure they achieve individual and team targets.
- Build and maintain robust client relationships through networking, cold calling, and client meetings.
- Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Oversee the sales process from prospecting through to closing.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets.
- Collaborate with marketing and other departments to align sales strategies and promotions.
- Provide training and development opportunities for the sales team.
