Job Description
Real Estate Sales Manager
📍 Location: Poonamallee, Chennai
💰 Salary: incentives (Avg ₹50K–₹80K/month)
Key Responsibilities
- Generate leads through calls, portals, references, and field activities
- Handle end-to-end sales cycle: lead → site visit → negotiation → closure
- Conduct property site visits and client meetings
- Build and maintain relationships with clients and channel partners
- Manage follow-ups and maintain CRM/sales reports
- Guide and support junior sales executives (if team handling role )
