Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Visitor Management: Welcome guests warmly, issue visitor badges, maintain security logs, and direct people to the correct departments.
- Communications: Operate a multi-line phone system, screen and route calls, take accurate messages, and manage general business emails.
- Administrative Support: Schedule appointments, book meeting rooms, prepare travel vouchers, and maintain both physical and digital filing systems.
- Mail & Logistics: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
- Office Maintenance: Monitor front desk inventory, order office supplies, and ensure the reception area is kept clean and professional. [1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 6, 7]
