Job Description

A Front Office Executive serves as the crucial first point of contact for a company. They are responsible for greeting visitors, managing reception operations, handling inquiries, directing calls, and providing essential administrative and clerical support to ensure smooth daily business operations.



Key Responsibilities

  • First Impressions: Greet, welcome, and direct guests and clients in a professional, friendly manner.
  • Communications Management: Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls, as well as respond to general emails and inquiries.
  • Administrative Support: Assist with scheduling meetings, preparing correspondence, data entry, scanning, and filing documents.
  • Mail & Deliveries: Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and packages to the appropriate departments.
  • Office Coordination: Maintain inventory of front desk and office supplies, placing orders for restocking when necessary.
  • Security & Access: Monitor visitor logs and enforce office security protocols by issuing badges and controlling access.



Qualifications & Skills

  • Education: A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality, Mass Communication, or a related field.
  • Experience: 2–4 years of proven experience in a corporate reception or administrative role.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and standard office equipment (printers, scanners).
  • Soft Skills: Excellent verbal communication, multitasking, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Professionalism: A highly organized, well-groomed, and customer-oriented approach
