Receptionist – Job Roles & Responsibilities (Immediately joiner)



Welcome visitors and attend phone calls professionally.



Manage vendor payments and maintain payment records.



Handle telecommunication services like calls, internet, and office communication.



Manage dispatch activities and track incoming and outgoing couriers.



Maintain stationery stock and ensure office supplies are available.



Support daily office administration and coordinate with teams.



Maintain visitor records and assist with front office operations.
