*Location* : Chennai

*Interview process :* Two rounds of Virtual Interview - RH and NH

*Required Exp :* Minimum 1 Year of field sales exp mandatory from general, health or life insurance (from any channel - Agency, banca, direct or broking)

         Candidates from broking companies also fine. *Looking for immediate joiners.*

*Key responsibilities:* This role focuses specifically on life insurance broking firms as the channel partners through which we have to drive life insurance business.

*Relationship Management:* Building and maintaining strong relationships with broking companies, their sales teams, and individual sub-brokers/agents.

*Sales and Business Development:* Driving the sale of life insurance products through the partner's distribution network to achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual targets.

*Training and Support:* Providing product training and support to the partner's sales teams to ensure they are well-versed in the insurance products and sales processes.

*Lead Generation and Activation:* Activating mapped sub-brokers or relationship managers and organizing meetings with them and their clients to introduce products.

*Compliance and Administration:* Ensuring all processes adhere to internal and regulatory guidelines, managing documentation, and providing post-sales support (e.g., policy issuance, claim coordination).
