  • Recruit and onboard insurance advisors/agents.
  • Train and mentor agents on insurance products and sales processes.
  • Drive sales through the agency channel and achieve monthly targets.
  • Support agents in customer acquisition and policy closures.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with agents and customers.
  • Monitor agent performance and provide regular guidance.
  • Ensure compliance with company and regulatory requirements.
