Job Description

Relationship Manager-FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS GROUP-Sales

As a Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in establishing and nurturing relationships with financial institutions, including banks, NBFCs, and other financial entities. Your primary focus will be on generating new business opportunities and expanding the bank's client base. You will be responsible for understanding the needs and requirements of these institutions and tailoring our products and services to meet their unique demands. Additionally, you will collaborate with various internal teams to ensure a seamless and efficient delivery of services.
  • Develop and execute sales strategies to target financial institutions.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers within financial institutions.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, including cross-selling and upselling.
  • Prepare and present proposals, product demonstrations, and tailored solutions to potential clients.
  • Negotiate and close deals, ensuring a win-win outcome for both parties.
  • Provide excellent customer service and post-sales support to retain and satisfy clients.
  • Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and efficient service delivery.
  • Generate and maintain accurate sales reports and forecasts.
  • Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to represent the bank.
  • A bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field is preferred.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Proven track record of successful sales and relationship management.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a diverse portfolio of clients.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes.
  • A self-motivated and results-driven approach to work.
  • Strong ethical standards and a commitment to maintaining client confidentiality.
