Relationship Manager-Loan Sales

Role Overview

The person is responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and closing loan applications while ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards. The role focuses on achieving sales targets, maintaining customer relationships, and driving business growth through effective loan product promotion.

Key Responsibilities

Identify and acquire new customers for loan products (personal loans, home loans, business loans, etc.)

Generate leads through field visits, referrals, cold calling, and digital channels

Explain loan products, interest rates, and repayment terms to prospective customers

Assist customers in completing loan applications and documentation

Conduct preliminary eligibility checks and coordinate with credit/underwriting teams

Follow up on leads and convert them into disbursals

Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business and cross-selling

Ensure compliance with company policies, KYC norms, and regulatory guidelines

Meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets

Prepare and submit regular sales reports and pipeline updates
