Reporting Associate Intern - Shared Services
Job Summary
The Reporting Associate intern will become a key contributor within the Shared Services team(mFlex), supporting multiple Lines of Business (LOBs) through high-quality reporting, process execution, support and continuous improvement. The role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to quickly learn and perform operational processes.
This role demands strong role agility and the ability to work flexible, shift-based schedules—including rotational and night shifts—aligned with business and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Quickly learn, understand, and perform operational activities and reporting tasks as part of structured training.
- Support to Produce accurate and timely reports that support business decision-making.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure all deliverables and SLAs are met.
- Support special assignments and cross-functional initiatives as directed.
- Support to Maintain documentation and ensure adherence to internal controls and quality standards.
Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree (Arts or Science).
- Exposure to Microsoft Office applications (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel).
- Ability and willingness to learn new tools (including AI related), systems, and analytical skills.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to troubleshoot and solve problems.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also owning individual responsibilities.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage priorities and deadlines.
Nice-to-Have Skills
- Basic knowledge of SQL or database concepts.
- Interest or exposure to audit, compliance, or risk management activities.
- Foundational understanding of accounting or finance principles.
