Job Description
Manage daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring smooth service delivery to customers.
Oversee inventory management, controlling stock levels and minimizing waste to maintain profitability.
Develop and implement strategies to increase sales revenue, improve customer satisfaction, and reduce costs.
Lead a team of staff members, providing guidance on food safety standards, customer service excellence, and performance expectations.
4-10 years' experience in QSR or FMCG with expertise in restaurant management.
Strong knowledge of P&L accounts (Profit & Loss Account) analysis for business decision-making.
Excellent team management skills with ability to motivate teams towards achieving targets
