We're Hiring – Retail Sales Executive📍 Blossoms Kids & Ladies Boutique | Purasawalkam, Chennai
Blossoms Kids & Ladies Boutique is looking for an energetic, customer-focused Retail Sales Executive to join our growing team.
- Key ResponsibilitiesDeliver exceptional customer service and drive sales.
- Assist customers in selecting products based on their needs, size, occasion, and budget.
- Achieve individual and store sales targets.
- Maintain product displays, counter presentation, and store standards.
- Ensure proper handling of stock, merchandise, and inventory.
- Support billing, stock verification, and day-to-day store operations.
- Follow company SOPs, maintain discipline, and work collaboratively with the team.
- RequirementsExperience in textile, fashion, kidswear, or ladieswear retail is preferred.
- Strong communication, selling, and customer-handling skills.
- Sales-oriented with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Basic knowledge of retail billing/POS systems will be an added advantage.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills and a passion for retail sales are welcome to apply.
