The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, managing staff, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining brand standards.

Key Responsibilities

1. Store OperationsOversee daily store activities to ensure smooth operations

• Maintain store cleanliness, visual merchandising, and brand standards
• Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

2. Sales & PerformanceAchieve monthly and annual sales targets

• Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to improve performance
• Monitor KPIs such as conversion rate, average bill value, and footfall

3. Team ManagementRecruit, train, and supervise store staff

• Prepare staff schedules and manage attendance
• Motivate team members to achieve individual and team targets

4. Customer ServiceDeliver exceptional customer experience

• Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively
• Build long-term customer relationships

5. Inventory ManagementManage stock levels, replenishment, and shrinkage control

• Conduct regular stock audits
• Coordinate with warehouse and suppliers

6. Visual MerchandisingEnsure attractive product displays as per brand guidelines

• Implement seasonal and promotional displays

7. Financial ManagementHandle billing, cash management, and store expenses

• Ensure accurate daily sales reconciliation

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field
• 3–7 years of experience in retail, preferably in fashion/apparel
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Sales-driven mindset with analytical ability
• Familiarity with POS systems and retail software

Salary Range

₹15,000 – ₹40,000 per month (based on experience)

Incentives based on sales performance
