Job Description

  • Achieve monthly sales targets and improve conversion, ATV, and UPT.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and handle customer complaints.
  • Manage store operations including opening/closing, cash handling, and SOP compliance.
  • Control inventory, stock accuracy, and minimize shrinkage.
  • Maintain visual merchandising and store hygiene as per brand guidelines.
  • Prepare daily sales reports and coordinate with HO/ Manager.
