Job Description
dynamic and result-driven Business Development Executive to expand
our market presence by directly engaging with retail customers such as store and showroom
owners. The role involves building strong relationships, driving sales, and ensuring smooth
coordination between store promoters and business operations.
Key Responsibilities: Identify and visit potential customers, including retail stores and showroom owners,
to generate business opportunities Present products/services and successfully close sales deals Build and maintain strong relationships with direct customers Coordinate with store promoters and ensure their availability and performance as
required Monitor the effectiveness of store promoters and provide on-ground support Train and guide store promoters when performance gaps are identified Ensure timely follow-up and closure of business leads
Required Skills & Qualifications: Strong communication skills in English and the regional language Willingness to travel extensively for fieldwork Minimum 2 years of experience in direct customer handling (B2B or B2C)
