Job Description

Campaign Management: Design and execute multi-channel marketing campaigns (social media, email, and print) to increase brand visibility.


​Market Research: Analyze industry trends and competitor activity to identify new market opportunities.


​Content Creation: Draft compelling copy for advertisements, newsletters, and promotional materials.


​Brand Advocacy: Represent the company at trade shows, networking events, and product launches.


​Sales & Business Development


​Prospecting: Identify and reach out to potential clients via cold calling, networking, and social selling.


​Relationship Management: Maintain a healthy pipeline of leads and nurture existing client accounts to ensure long-term retention.


​Presentations: Conduct product demonstrations and pitch presentations to key stakeholders.


​Closing: Negotiate contracts and pricing to meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.


Performance Metrics (KPIs)


​To be successful in this role, you will be measured by:


​Conversion Rate: The percentage of marketing leads that become paying customers.


​Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC): Keeping the cost of finding new clients within budget.


​Revenue Targets: Consistently hitting monthly sales quotas.


​Engagement: The reach and interaction levels of marketing content.

Sales Strategy & Revenue Growth*


* Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets from advertisers, agencies, and sponsors

* Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams (on-air, digital, branded content)

* Manage ad inventory effectively to maximize yield and fill rates

* Negotiate pricing, contracts, and long-term deals with clients


*Client Relationship Management*


* Build and maintain strong relationships with media agencies, advertisers, and corporate clients

* Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and follow-ups

* Ensure high client satisfaction and retention


*Marketing & Brand Promotion*


* Plan and execute marketing campaigns to promote channel programs and brand identity

* Collaborate with programming and creative teams to align marketing with content strategy

* Oversee digital marketing, social media, and promotional events

* Track brand performance and audience engagement metrics


*Market Analysis & Reporting*


* Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and audience preferences

* Use TRP ratings and analytics to guide sales and marketing strategies

* Prepare regular sales forecasts, reports, and performance reviews


*Team Leadership*


* Lead, mentor, and manage the sales and marketing team

* Set performance targets and monitor team productivity

* Coordinate with internal departments including programming, finance, and operations

* Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or related field (MBA preferred)

* 5–10 years of experience in media sales, television, or advertising industry

* Strong network with media agencies and advertisers

* Proven track record of achieving revenue targets

* Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

* Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities
