Job Description
- Handling customer calls and enquiries.
- Preparing quotations, invoices, and sales orders.
- Coordinating with customers for orders and delivery updates.
- Following up for payments and pending orders.
- Coordinating with production, marketing, accounts and dispatch teams.
- Maintaining sales records and reports.
- Updating order status to customers and management.
- Handling emails and maintaining proper communication.
