Job Description

  • Handling customer calls and enquiries.
  • Preparing quotations, invoices, and sales orders.
  • Coordinating with customers for orders and delivery updates.
  • Following up for payments and pending orders.
  • Coordinating with production, marketing, accounts and dispatch teams.
  • Maintaining sales records and reports.
  • Updating order status to customers and management.
  • Handling emails and maintaining proper communication.
  • Ensuring smooth order processing and timely delivery.
