Job Title: Sales Coordinator


Location: Nungambakkam, Chennai


We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Coordinator to support our sales team in managing leads, coordinating with customers, and ensuring smooth execution of the sales process. The role involves regular follow-ups, maintaining strong client relationships, updating CRM records, and assisting the team in converting leads into successful business opportunities.


Key Responsibilities

  • Call and follow up with potential customers
  • Generate leads and maintain client relationships
  • Support sales process and help close deals
  • Update CRM and track sales activities
  • Coordinate with internal teams for smooth order flow


Requirements

  • 2–5 years in Sales / Telecalling / Coordination
  • Fluent in English & Hindi
  • Good communication and convincing skills
  • Efficient in MS Excel
