Sales Coordinator
For Hardware Trading Company
Location : MM Nagar, Chennai
Exp: 0 - 2 yrs
Edu: Any Degree
Package: 18 – 20 K
Skills : coordination skills, Lead Conversion, CRM, Site Visit
Roles & Responsibilities:
Coordinate with customers and sales team for enquiry handling and order processing
Follow up with leads and support in lead conversion activities
Maintain customer database and update CRM records regularly
Prepare quotations, invoices, and sales-related documents
Coordinate with warehouse and delivery team for timely dispatch of materials
Handle customer calls, WhatsApp enquiries, and provide product information
Site visit and ensure proper follow-up with clients
Build good relationships with existing and new customers
Assist in resolving customer issues and coordinating after-sales support
Ensure proper communication between customers, vendors, and internal departments
