Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


*Handle inbound inquiries from calls, website, social media, and other channels.

*Attend and assist walk-in customers at the showroom/office by understanding their requirements and guiding them with suitable product options.

*Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to generate new business opportunities.

*Explain product features, applications, and benefits clearly to customers.

*Prepare and share quotations, pricing details, and product information.

*Follow up regularly with leads and prospects to ensure conversion into sales orders.

*Coordinate with field sales, logistics, and operations teams for smooth order processing and delivery.

*Maintain a structured database of leads, customer interactions, and follow-ups.

*Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to overall business growth.

*Provide customer feedback and market insights to improve sales strategies.
