Job Title: Sales Executive – Gym & Fitness Center
Location: Valasaravakkam, Chennai
Job Type: Full-Time
Job SummaryWe are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to join our fitness center. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in gym, fitness, wellness, or membership sales and possess excellent communication and customer engagement skills.
- Key ResponsibilitiesGenerate leads through walk-ins, referrals, social media, and outbound calling.
- Convert inquiries into memberships and achieve monthly sales targets.
- Conduct gym tours and explain membership plans, facilities, and benefits.
- Follow up with prospective members and maintain a strong sales pipeline.
- Build and maintain positive relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Coordinate promotional activities and membership campaigns.
- Maintain accurate records of leads, memberships, and sales activities.
- Handle customer queries and provide excellent customer service.
- RequirementsMinimum 1–3 years of experience in gym, fitness, wellness, healthcare, or membership sales.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong follow-up and customer relationship management abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and proficiency in MS Office.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
