Job Description

  • Greet and assist customers in a professional and friendly manner
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable products
  • Achieve individual and store sales targets (ATV, UPT, etc.)
  • Maintain product knowledge and stay updated on new arrivals
  • Ensure proper display and merchandising of products
  • Handle billing, POS transactions, and cash management
  • Manage stock levels and support stock replenishment
  • Maintain cleanliness and visual standards of the store
  • Handle customer queries, complaints, and feedback effectively
  • Support promotional activities and in-store campaigns
  • Key Skills & Requirements:Good communication and interpersonal skills

  • Basic computer/POS knowledge
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment
