Job Description

We are looking for a friendly, energetic, and customer-focused Sales Executive to join FIOZZ Menswear. The ideal candidate should have a passion for fashion, excellent communication skills, and the ability to provide an outstanding shopping experience to customers.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist them in selecting the right outfits.
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to increase sales.
• Maintain store cleanliness and visual merchandising standards.
• Assist customers with garment sizes, fittings, and styling suggestions.
• Handle billing using the POS system and process payments accurately.
• Manage stock, arrange displays, and replenish merchandise.
• Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat visits.
• Work closely with the team to ensure smooth store operations.
• Requirements 0–2 years of experience in retail sales (Menswear/Fashion experience preferred).
• Good communication skills in Tamil (English is a plus).
• Positive attitude with a customer-first approach.
• Willingness to work weekends and holidays.
• Basic knowledge of billing/POS systems is an advantage.
