Job Description
Key Responsibilities
Handle inbound customer enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, and online leads.
Follow up with prospective customers regularly until closure.
Schedule and coordinate site visits with interested buyers.
Explain project details, pricing, offers, and payment plans clearly to customers.
Maintain accurate customer records and update lead status in the CRM.
Build and maintain strong relationships with customers throughout the sales process.
Coordinate with the sales team to ensure timely follow-ups and conversions.
Achieve monthly sales and site visit targets.
Prepare daily follow-up reports and sales updates.
Address customer queries professionally and ensure a positive customer experience.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree (preferred).
0–3 years of experience in sales or customer relationship management (real estate experience is an advantage).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Tamil and basic English.
Strong follow-up and convincing abilities.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM software.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and customer-focused.
