Job Description
Reporting to: Founder
Role Objective
To drive the growth of Vinamis Tofu and Soymilk by identifying new B2B opportunities, managing existing accounts, and ensuring product visibility through a mix of strategic calling and physical market visits.
Key Responsibilities
- Telesales (40%): Cold calling potential leads, following up on inquiries from digital platforms, and managing order cycles for existing retailers.
- Field Sales (60%): Conducting market visits to retail stores, cafes, and supermarkets; managing product displays; and securing shelf space.
- Negotiation: Handling pricing discussions, bulk discounts, and credit terms while maintaining brand margins.
- Relationship Management: Building long-term rapport with store managers and procurement heads to ensure Vinamis is the preferred brand.
Preferred
- Education: Minimum Graduate (Any discipline; Business/Marketing preferred).
- Experience: 1–2 years in FMCG sales is a plus, but freshers with high energy and "grit" are welcome.
- Communication: Fluent in English and the local language (Tamil) with a professional tone.
- Mobility: Must own a two-wheeler for field visits.
