Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  • Make outbound calls to potential clients to promote real estate and construction process.
  • Provided detailed information about properties, construction projects and other related services.
  • Identify customer needs and suggest suitable options.
  • Schedule site visits or appointments with the sales team.
  • Follow up with potential clients to close deals and gather feedback.
  • Maintain a database of client details and follow communication protocols.
  • Address client queries and resolve concerns professionally and efficiently.


Qualifications :


  • Proven experience in telecalling or customer services preferably in real estate and construction sector.
  • Basic knowledge of real estate or construction terminology & processes is plus.
