Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Generation & Management: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through various channels, and manage lead pipelines from initial inquiry to closing.
- Customer Interaction: Understand client needs regarding budget and location, present suitable properties, and deliver detailed project insights.
- Site Visits & Showings: Organize and conduct site visits, property viewings, and open houses.
- Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate sales terms, assist in finalizing contracts, and guide clients through the entire closing process.
- Market Intelligence: Maintain up-to-date knowledge of market trends, property prices, and competitor activity.

Required Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Proven experience in real estate sales or similar client-facing sales roles.
- Communication: Exceptional negotiation, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software (e.g., Salesforce).
