Roles and Responsibilities

1.Handling Walk-ins Enquiries and Supporting Customers at Branch for KYC and Documentation up keeping

2. Customer services and Orientation

3. In-house Cross sell of canvas of products (Only inside Branch)

4. Interest collection calling and informing need updated on callings to Existing Customers and Few Backend work at Branch

5. Prospecting and identifying new leads and pitching to the clients.

6. Providing client service to existing customers.They are required to manage all aspects of customer relationships

• 1st 3 months Stiffened – 10,000/- Per month & 2nd 3 months - 14,000/- Per Months
• Experience – Only Fresher
• Qualification – Only Fresh Graduate, pass-out year 2020, 2021,2022, 2023, 2024 & 2025
• Male candidates Only.

Roles & Responsibility 

     > Should work for Branch, taking care of KYC document collection, Filling the forms, help walk-in customers attend sales call with RM, implementation of policies and practices for financial management customer handling and promoting the finances product to customer also analyses the branch actives etc.,

Work location: All Over Chennai
