Sales Manager

Job Summary:

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our sales operations. The ideal candidate should be well versed in field sales, capable of managing on-ground sales activities, and driving revenue growth through strong client relationships and team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve business targets
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of sales executives
• Drive field sales activities, including client visits, meetings, and relationship building
• Identify new business opportunities and generate leads through field networking
• Monitor sales performance and ensure targets are consistently met or exceeded
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients and ensure high customer satisfaction
• Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analysis
• Coordinate with internal teams for seamless execution of sales activities

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Sales Manager or similar role
• Must be well versed in field sales and direct client interactions
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to travel extensively for field sales activities
• Target-oriented mindset with a track record of achieving sales goals
• Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office
