Job Description:
We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Manager with 2–5 years of experience in the real estate industry to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for leads, managing clients, and closing property sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage leads for real estate projects
- Conduct site visits and property presentations to clients
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Follow up with leads and convert them into sales
- Coordinate with marketing and management teams
Requirements:
- 2–5 years of experience in real estate sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Ability to handle clients and close deals
- Good knowledge of the Chennai real estate market
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge preferred
