Job Title: Showroom Sales Manager – Electric Two Wheeler

Company: Ultraviolette

Location: Chennai, Tamil Nadu

Reports To: General Manager/ Regional Sales Head



Job SummaryWe are looking for a passionate and performance-driven Showroom Sales Manager to lead sales operations for Ultraviolette electric motorcycles in Chennai. The role involves managing showroom activities, driving EV sales, and delivering a premium customer experience aligned with the brand’s high-performance positioning.



Key Responsibilities


1. Sales & Target Achievement

  • Drive showroom sales for Ultraviolette electric bikes (e.g., F77 series).
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly retail targets.
  • Track enquiries, bookings, and conversions on a daily basis.

2. Customer Experience (Premium EV Focus)

  • Deliver a high-quality, consultative sales experience to customers.
  • Educate customers on EV technology, battery performance, charging, and cost benefits.
  • Manage test rides and product demonstrations effectively.

3. Team Management

  • Lead, train, and motivate showroom sales executives.
  • Assign targets and monitor individual performance.
  • Ensure team is well-versed in EV features and brand positioning.

4. EV Awareness & Lead Generation

  • Conduct local marketing activities, test ride events, and EV awareness campaigns.
  • Generate leads through digital platforms, walk-ins, and referrals.
  • Collaborate with marketing for promotions and campaigns.

5. Operations & Coordination

  • Coordinate with finance partners for EV loan processing.
  • Ensure smooth documentation (registration, insurance, subsidies if applicable).
  • Oversee timely vehicle delivery and customer onboarding.

6. Inventory & Display

  • Maintain optimal stock levels of vehicles and demo units.
  • Ensure showroom aesthetics match premium brand standards.

7. Reporting & Compliance

  • Maintain accurate MIS reports (sales, enquiries, conversions).
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and EV regulations.


Requirements:

  • RequirementsBachelor’s degree (MBA preferred)
  • 3–7 years of experience in automobile/two-wheeler sales (EV experience is a plus)
  • Experience in premium product sales preferred
