Role Overview : We are looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic Telecalling & Sales Marketing Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will communicate with prospective students, explain study abroad opportunities, generate leads, and support the admissions and counseling process.

Key Responsibilities

• Make outbound and follow-up calls to prospective students and parents.
• Explain study abroad programs, university options, scholarships, and visa processes.
• Counsel students regarding overseas education opportunities.
• Generate and convert leads into admissions and enrollments.
• Maintain student databases and follow-up records.
• Handle inquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, email, and social media platforms.
• Coordinate with the counseling and marketing teams for campaigns and promotions.
• Promote international education services through digital and offline marketing activities.
• Build strong relationships with students and parents.
• Achieve monthly lead generation and admission targets

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong convincing, counseling, and negotiation abilities.
• Interest in international education and student counseling.
• Basic knowledge of sales and marketing strategies.
• Comfortable using MS Office, Google Workspace, CRM tools, and social media platforms.
• Target-oriented and self-motivated attitude.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Educational Qualification

• Any Graduate / Undergraduate with strong communication skills.

Experience

• Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome to apply.
• Prior experience in telecalling, education counseling, study abroad consultancy, or sales will be an added advantage.
