Job Description
Customer Acquisition: Identify and pitch suitable chit fund schemes to potential salaried individuals, business owners, and retail shopkeepers.
Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly enrollment and collection targets set by the regional management.
Relationship Management: Maintain regular contact with existing subscribers to ensure timely payment of monthly installments and encourage repeat investments.
Market Research: Identify potential local markets, business hubs, and residential clusters to organize promotional activities and canopy setups.
Documentation & Compliance: Collect KYC documents (ID proof, address proof) from new subscribers and ensure accurate completion of enrollment forms as per regulatory guidelines.
Auction Support: Assist customers in understanding the monthly auction process, bidding mechanisms, and dividend payouts.
