Job Description for Sales and Marketing
· Identify and develop new business opportunities in industrial, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.
· Generate leads through field visits, networking, digital platforms, and referrals.
· Meet architects, consultants, contractors, builders, and industrial clients to promote company services.
· Prepare and deliver presentations on PEB buildings, structural fabrication, roofing, and civil construction solutions.
· Coordinate with the estimation, design, and project teams for proposal submissions.
· Follow up on enquiries, quotations, and tenders to convert prospects into customers.
· Conduct market research and competitor analysis.
· Participate in exhibitions, trade shows, and industry events.
· Maintain customer databases and prepare weekly sales and marketing reports.
