Sales & Marketing Executive

Job Description:

The Sales & Marketing Executive is responsible for field marketing, customer interaction, event planning, and end-to-end client handling. The candidate will play a key role in generating leads, converting clients, and ensuring successful execution of events.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Field Marketing

Visit potential clients and generate new business leads

Promote company services directly in the market

Build strong relationships with clients and vendors

2. Customer Interaction

Handle customer inquiries through phone calls and direct meetings

Understand client requirements and provide suitable solutions

Maintain regular follow-ups with prospects and existing clients

3. Sales & Price Negotiation

Prepare quotations based on client requirements

Negotiate pricing and finalize deals with customers

Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets

4. Event Planning & Execution

Plan events from start to end as per client needs

Coordinate with internal teams (operations, logistics, vendors)

Ensure timely setup, execution, and completion of events

5. Post-Event Follow-up

Collect feedback from customers after event completion

Maintain customer satisfaction and build long-term relationships

Identify opportunities for repeat business and referrals

Required Skills:

Qualification:

Any degree (Marketing / Business preferred)

Experience in sales, marketing, or event industry is an added advantage

Other Requirements:

Two-wheeler with valid license (Mandatory)
