Job Description
We’re Hiring: Sales Manager – Building & Construction Company
We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Manager to join our team.
The role involves handling complete sales of our residential/commercial projects, from lead generation to closing deals.
The ideal candidate must have 2 to 3 years of experience in real estate or building & construction sales. You should have strong knowledge of property sales, RERA, home loan processes, and client handling.
Key responsibilities include achieving sales targets, conducting site visits, managing channel partners, negotiating with clients, and coordinating with CRM/legal teams for documentation.
We’re looking for someone with excellent communication and negotiation skills, a proven track record of meeting sales targets, and the ability to build strong relationships with clients and brokers. Graduation is required. MBA is a plus.
