Note: This role may require relocation to Arakkonam, Chengalpattu, Gummidipoondi, Padappai, Kanchipuram, or Vellore based on business requirements. Candidates willing to relocate will be given preference.

Job Summary

We are looking for dynamic and target-oriented Sales professionals to manage end-to-end Sales, Marketing, and Business Development activities for Home Loan products. The role involves customer acquisition, lead generation, business development, and achieving sales targets.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage sales of Home Loan products.
• Generate business through open market sourcing and various lead generation activities.
• Promote Home Loan products and programs.
• Understand customer requirements and explain Home Loan products and processes.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships for repeat business and referrals.
• Meet customers, verify documents, process loan files, and coordinate loan sanction and disbursement.
• Achieve assigned business and sales targets.
• Coordinate with the marketing team for on-ground lead generation activities.
• Convert leads into successful business opportunities.

Candidate Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Core Sales & Marketing is preferred.
• Freshers with strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills are also welcome to apply.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and result-oriented.
• Strong customer handling and relationship management skills.
• Creative, disciplined, and capable of working with urgency.
• Educational QualificationAny Graduate
• Candidates with Loan, Banking, NBFC, or Sales experience preferred.
• Undergraduates/Intermediate candidates can also apply.

Additional Requirements

• Two-wheeler is mandatory.
• Valid Driving License (DL) is mandatory.
• Knowledge of additional regional languages will be an added advantage.
