Job Description
We are looking for a candidate who can effectively handle sales and customer support for our end consumers. We are engaged in the electrical distribution business and require a professional who can manage customer interactions, understand their requirements, provide proper product support, and successfully close sales deals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Handling customer inquiries and sales coordination
• Providing product support and guidance to customers
• Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
• Following up on leads and converting them into sales
• Coordinating with internal teams for smooth order execution
• Achieving sales targets and ensuring customer satisfaction
Candidates with good communication, sales, and negotiation skills will be preferred.
