Sales Team Lead

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Team Lead to build and manage Swiggy's Influencer Hiring Channel in Chennai. The role involves identifying, onboarding, and managing local influencers who can help hire Delivery Partners.

Influencers can include kirana shop owners, Instagram creators, YouTubers, security guards, college students, auto drivers, gym owners, tea shop owners, apartment associations, and other people with strong local connections.

Key Responsibilities:

Recruit and onboard local influencers across Chennai.

Build strong relationships and regularly engage with influencers to drive Delivery Partner hiring.

Lead and manage a team of field executives.

Plan and execute daily field activities to identify new influencers.

Conduct college and local market activations to expand the influencer network.

Gather competitor hiring insights and identify new sourcing opportunities.

Track influencer performance and ensure hiring targets are achieved.

Coach the team to improve productivity and execution.

Candidate Profile

1+ years of experience in field sales, business development, or channel sales.

At least 1 year of experience leading a field team.

Strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Comfortable working in the field across Chennai.

Target-driven with good planning and execution skills.
