Job SummaryThe Team Leader is responsible for leading, motivating, and managing a team to achieve business goals, maintain productivity, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction. The role involves monitoring performance, providing guidance, and driving team success.
- Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage a team of executives, telecallers, or sales representatives.
- Set daily, weekly, and monthly targets and ensure achievement.
- Monitor team performance and productivity.
- Provide coaching, training, and mentoring to team members.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Ensure timely follow-up and closure of leads, cases, or customer requests.
- Prepare and submit performance reports and MIS.
- Resolve customer and team-related issues effectively.
- Maintain discipline, attendance, and compliance within the team.
- Coordinate with other departments for smooth business operations.
- Required SkillsStrong leadership and people-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
