Job Description

Role Overview

We are seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer with 5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce platform development, configuration, and integrations. The ideal candidate should have strong technical expertise and the ability to deliver scalable solutions aligned with business requirements.

Key Responsibilities

1. Configure Salesforce using custom objects, fields, validation rules, and object relationships
2. Build and customize applications using Lightning App Builder
3. Develop and maintain Apex classes, triggers, Visualforce pages, and controllers
4. Implement automation using Approval Processes, Process Builder, and Flows
5. Design and implement integrations using REST and SOAP APIs
6. Write and maintain Apex test classes ensuring high code coverage
7. Participate in unit testing, regression testing, and UAT support
8. Perform deployments using GitHub/GitLab, Salesforce CLI, Visual Studio Code, and Copado
9. Collaborate with functional teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions

Required Skills & Qualifications

1. 3–5 years of Salesforce development experience
2. Strong understanding of Salesforce data model and security model
3. Hands-on experience in Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components
4. Experience in CI/CD and version control tools
5. Good knowledge of API-based integrations

Certifications (Mandatory)

At least one of the following:

1. Salesforce Administrator
2. Platform Developer 1
3. Platform App Builder

Added Advantage

1. Exposure to Salesforce Agentforce (prompt configuration, guardrails, workflows)
2. Experience with OmniStudio (FlexCards, OmniScripts, DataRaptors, Integration Procedures, BRE)
3. Familiarity with Copado Robotic Testing

 

Total Experience Expected: 04-06 years

Qualifications

Engineering Degree or Maters in Science (MCA) or equivalent

5 years of hands-on experience in Salesforce platform development
